In Music this week in Opal Class, we created a soundscape for the rainforest using vocal sounds and carefully chosen instruments. We had croaking frogs, hissing snakes, chattering monkeys, squawking parrots,  tinkly sunshine, gentle rain and wind blowing the forest leaves. Then, we went outside and pretended to hide in the rainforest. Our special job was to pass a message quietly to our friends using our claves, and without the predator tiger hearing us and waking up!
